Let me guess:
You're here because you are seeking more to this life.
Struggling to move past feeling stuck from past trauma can be an overwhelming and isolating experience. The lingering effects of emotional wounds can often manifest in various aspects of daily life, hindering one's ability to fully engage with the present moment.
You are tired of spending your countless days and hours scheduling doctor’s appointments, reading self-help books, or trying alternative wellness practices. Everything you attempt seems to lead back to the same result.
I want you to know that together we can find the answers that you seek within.
you’re in the right spot.
How I work
At the core of my approach to counseling is a belief that we all have the capacity for healing.
A Heritage of Faith & Restorative Justice
My identity as a therapist is deeply intertwined with my Catholic faith. With ancestral ties to the Church spanning nearly 400 years, I view counseling through the lens of restoration and reconciliation.
I am currently a graduate student at the Catholic Theological Union of Chicago in the Reconciliation & Restorative Justice Practices Program. This work allows me to offer a unique "Third Way" for my clients: a space where professional clinical trauma work (Somatic Experiencing) meets a deep, theological commitment to restorative justice.
LGBTQ+ Affirming & Spiritually Inclusive
As a queer person who grew up navigating the complexities of faith and identity, I know what it feels like to wonder if there is space for you. My practice is a direct response to that need. I am committed to the spirit of Fiducia Supplicans, providing a supportive space for LGBTQ+ Catholics to reconcile their identity with their heritage. Whether you are a fellow Vincentian (Society of St. Vincent de Paul) or someone struggling with religious trauma, I offer a non-judgmental container for your healing.

The human body is not an instrument to be used, but a realm of one’s being to be experienced, explored, enriched, and thereby, educated.

in counseling with me…
We’ll dig deep at the pace you need.
My approach will offer you the opportunity to drill down towards the root of your current challenges at the speed that feels right for your nervous system. Every person has different patterns that develop based on lived experiences, so I will ensure that you receive the mindful care you deserve.
You are piloting this plane.
In our process together, you are the expert of your experience. I will work to establish a container in which we can hold the pain, the challenges, and growth, and the journey together. I will always defer to you to lead the journey, but I consider myself a copilot on this healing journey- I am here for guidance through the turbulence that will come with life.
you can be safe here.
There is nothing more important for our nervous system than finding safety in the body. As a practitioner with hundreds of hours of clinical training in Somatic Experiencing as well as serving hundreds clients with trauma histories in my career, I commit to you that I will create an intentional space for connection, curiosity, and healing in my office.
