Private Pay Rates

Investing in your mental health is a significant step toward well-being. I offer the following rates for out-of-pocket sessions:

• Individual Intake Assessment (60 minutes): $200

• Individual Counseling Sessions (50 minutes): $150

• Relationship Counseling Sessions (50 minutes): $150

• Family Counseling Sessions (50 minutes): $150

Insurance Accepted

I am currently an in-network provider with the following insurance plans:

Note: Please verify your specific outpatient mental health benefits with your provider prior to our first session to ensure coverage and understand any co-pays or deductibles.

Out-of-Network (OON)

If I am not in-network with your provider, I can provide you with a Superbill (a detailed receipt) monthly. You may submit this to your insurance company for potential partial reimbursement. I recommend calling the number on the back of your insurance card and asking about "Out-of-Network Outpatient Behavioral Health" benefits.
